Why do these things still happen in our time? The blood of these children are on our hands as well, if we do not do anything. If we just watch from the side we are as bad as them! We have to make some NOISE!

I hope the Korean government is working on a solution. This is really a shame, a huge slap in the face on the star-reputation that South Korea has.

Please, this is not right. No one should be force to be Muslim or Buddhists or Priest. We are entitled to a freedom of choice of religion

I've never heard of coercive conversion before. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it exists to this extent where lives could be lost. I'm horrified to hear about this happening. I hope there can be justice here, and that this can be stopped immediately!

In a democratic country, I can't stand to see these things happening to fellow brothers and sisters worldwide. It breaks my heart. I saw the news on Facebook and on various media outlets, and I'm appalled, to say the least. I hope this issue resolves quickly.

I can’t believe this is happening and the government isn’t shutting it down! The government has a duty to protect the human rights of its citizens. This is not protection by staying silent. I really hope they will help to put an end to this. Nobody should be killed or harmed because of what they believe in

Who are these CCK? This isn't the Christianity that I know. Christianity should teach love and harmony!! Not killing and taking away the lives of young people! This is really, really, really not the right away to present Christianity. This cannot be acceptable

This is inhumane to have somebody killed if they don't believe in what the pastors believe. I thought pastors were supposed to help people, not hurt them. What had happened to this country?

Is this for real??? I thought this sort of thing ended centuries ago! Parents are doing this to their children?!!! How is that Christian? This CCK can’t call themselves Christian—this is the work of the devil—a murderer from the start!

I am deeply saddened by the news. How people can do such a violent act in the name of a religion, even to the point to make the parents harm their own kids? Honestly, I can't really understand the situation, but one thing I know is this must stop.

How could this possibly happen? They think the Christian thing to do is kill people? Even if someone had a difference of opinion, you win them over with the word of God that speaks to their heart, not with threats and physical punishment. This is disgusting.
